Battea – Class Action Services took another significant step forward in raising its profile in the securities litigation industry by acting as a major corporate host of the Council of Institutional Investors Conference held in Washington, DC from March 21 to March 23.
The evening of March 21, Battea hosted the first day’s cocktail reception, which was widely attended. Battea’s name and logo was prominently displayed, and as you’ll see in photos below, the lantern projection of its name and logo against the wall was impossible to miss!
Battea personnel used the occasion to network extensively with pension fund managers and other prominent institutional investors to drum up new business and establish fresh contacts. At a special member meeting entitled, “The New Economics: Litigation Funding for Investors and Lawyers,” hosted by the law firm Grais & Ellsworth, this writer learned first-hand that there’s lively interest in Battea’s services, particularly in our new, powerful portfolio monitoring service.
Thanks to Battea, key players in the securities litigation world mingled with some top executives at today’s institutional investors.
It pays to advertise!
