All Battea clients are appointed a senior Client Service Account Manager who serves as the point of contact between the client and Battea’s internal resource groups. The Account Manager is tasked with shepherding the client through the on-boarding process as well as addressing any ongoing client needs throughout the relationship. Due to the fact that our account management staff is comprised exclusively of senior level representatives with significant financial technology and class action experience, Battea is well-equipped to meet even the most complex clients’ needs. Our Account Managers act as liaison between client staff and internal Battea resources that would work on a particular account, including data specialists, claims filing specialists, and disbursement resources. Our Account Managers communicate with our clients regularly to service their needs.
